How it works
A garage-quality repair, without the garage
Most jobs are booked in under two minutes and completed in a single visit.
1. Tell us the vehicle
Enter your registration and postcode. We use the registration to identify the exact make, model and engine so parts and pricing are right first time.
2. Choose a service or describe the fault
Pick from our service list for fixed and from-pricing, or describe the symptoms and we will quote after a diagnostic. Nothing is charged at this stage.
3. Confirm the visit
Choose a date and time window that suits you and where the vehicle will be. We confirm the appointment and the agreed price before we travel.
4. We come to you and complete the work
Our mechanic arrives fully equipped. If anything unexpected is found, we contact you for approval before doing extra work. Payment is normally made on completion. If specially ordered parts or a higher-value job requires a deposit, we show you the job price, the 50% deposit and the remaining balance before you confirm the booking.
What we cannot do at the roadside
We are honest about limits. Work that needs a four-post ramp, wheel alignment rig, tyre machine or an MOT testing bay has to happen at a fixed site. We are not an MOT testing station. We prepare vehicles for MOT and can arrange collection and delivery to a test centre.
